What you'll do

- Manage total rewards budget
- Drive employee engagement through rewards programs
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
What you'll need
- 7+ years of total rewards or compensation experience
- Experience managing compensation and benefits programs
- Knowledge of market competitive analysis
- Understanding of benefits administration
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- HR certification or equivalent experience
- Experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred
