What you'll do
- Lead technical programs related to eBay's search platform
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Drive program planning, execution, and delivery
- Ensure alignment across engineering, product, and business teams
- Monitor program metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate program status and risks to leadership
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in technical program management
- Experience with search systems or similar technical domains
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage complex technical programs at scale
- Experience in ecommerce or marketplace environments preferred
