What you'll do
- Design and build the experimentation platform infrastructure
- Lead technical strategy for experimentation capabilities
- Mentor and guide engineering team members
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams
- Ensure platform scalability and reliability
- Drive best practices for A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Build tools and frameworks to enable company-wide experimentation
What you'll need
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in experimentation and A/B testing
- Experience designing and building large-scale platforms
- Expertise in machine learning or data systems
- Leadership experience mentoring engineers
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
