What you'll do
- Lead product design strategy and vision
- Design user experiences for AI-powered customer experience platform
- Conduct user research and testing
- Create wireframes and prototypes
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
- Mentor junior designers
- Ensure design consistency across voice and digital products
What you'll need
- Extensive product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise
- Experience designing complex software products
- Understanding of AI/ML platforms preferred
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
