What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans
- Manage internal and external communications initiatives
- Create compelling content aligned with organizational values
- Engage with stakeholders and member communities
- Support sustainability and social impact messaging
- Oversee communications projects and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across communications channels
- Support Indigenous banking and financial resilience initiatives messaging
What you'll need
- Professional experience in strategic communications or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in communications strategy development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple communications projects
- Knowledge of financial services or non-profit sector preferred
- Familiarity with social justice and inclusive values alignment
