What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Analyze spend data and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Monitor supply chain efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing initiatives

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing initiatives
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
