What you'll do
- Supervise and support children and youth at summer camp
- Create safe and inclusive camp environment
- Plan and facilitate camp activities
- Support children's mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with camp team and CDI mental health services
- Communicate with families about camper progress
- Model strength-based and family-centered approach
What you'll need
- Passion for working with children and youth
- Understanding of mental health and strength-based approaches
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Background in child development or related field preferred
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Criminal background check clearance
