What you'll do
- Supervise fund accounting team members
- Perform and oversee fund accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage client relationships and inquiries
- Monitor accounting procedures and controls
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
What you'll need
- Experience in fund accounting, particularly private equity
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of fund administration processes
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
