What you'll do
- Analyze and optimize business systems and processes
- Create training materials and documentation for system users
- Support end-user adoption of new systems and tools
- Identify gaps in process workflows and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders on system implementations
- Provide ongoing technical support and enablement to employees
What you'll need
- Experience in systems analysis or business process improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Experience with documentation and knowledge management systems
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms
