What you'll do
- Enable users to effectively utilize company systems
- Develop training materials and documentation
- Analyze system processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support system implementations and transitions
- Coordinate between technical teams and end users
- Gather user feedback and communicate requirements to IT
- Create user guides and standard operating procedures
What you'll need
- Background in systems or business process analysis
- Experience with system implementations or upgrades
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple departments
- Problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in documentation tools
