What you'll do
- Develop and optimize mechanical systems for AI computing platforms
- Conduct reliability analysis and failure mode assessment
- Collaborate with software, compiler, and networking teams
- Design and implement reliability testing protocols
- Ensure performance and cost efficiency of hardware solutions
- Document and communicate technical specifications and findings
- Contribute to the development of high-performance AI platform solutions
What you'll need
- Experience in systems engineering and mechanical design
- Expertise in reliability engineering practices
- Knowledge of AI/ML computing systems
- Understanding of semiconductor design or CPU architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with RISC-V or similar processor architectures preferred
