What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle
- Support company growth initiatives aligned with 2030 business expansion goals
- Foster a collaborative hiring culture aligned with company values
What you'll need
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business partners
- Experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
- Understanding of business operations and organizational needs
