What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Source and screen candidates
- Manage the hiring process from posting to offer
- Build relationships with hiring managers
- Enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Track and report on recruitment metrics
- Support company growth objectives and expansion plans
What you'll need
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Understanding of business operations and hiring needs
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work with multiple business units
- Strong communication skills
