- Own and drive talent acquisition for R&D team
- Source and identify technical candidates
- Conduct screening and coordinate interviews
- Build relationships with hiring managers
- Manage recruitment pipeline and metrics
- Support go-to-market care delivery staffing needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you'll need
- Experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment
- Understanding of R&D or technical roles
- Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ATS systems
- Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry preferred
