What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Post job openings on relevant job boards
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers on hiring needs
- Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment process
- Build relationships with potential candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and reporting
What you'll need
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions
