What you'll do
- Lead talent management initiatives across the organization
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies
- Support organizational design and restructuring efforts
- Drive employee engagement and performance management programs
- Provide strategic consulting on people and culture matters
- Work with leadership on talent development and succession planning
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in talent management or organizational development
- Consulting background preferred
- Experience with multi-location retail or large organizations
- Strong understanding of HR practices and organizational strategy
