- Lead a growing team of three Product Designers and one UX Researcher
- Mentor and develop team members
- Oversee delivery of intuitive, elegant, and efficient user experiences
- Drive design strategy and creative direction
- Foster team growth and professional development
What you'll need
- Leadership experience managing design teams
- Strong portfolio of UX/UI design work
- Experience working with Product Designers
- Experience collaborating with UX Researchers
- Bilingual capability (English and French preferred)
