What you'll do
- Source and identify qualified technical candidates
- Screen candidates for technical competencies
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements
- Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment process
- Build relationships with technical talent
- Post job descriptions and manage job postings
- Track recruitment metrics and reporting
