Le rôle Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) au soutien informatique III à Montréal, qui agira comme principal point d’escalade pour nos cliniques situées partout aux États-Unis. Il s’agit d’un rôle pratique axé sur la gestion quotidienne des billets de soutien : vous traiterez chaque jour des demandes escaladées et résoudrez les problèmes que nos techniciens de niveaux 1 et 2 ne peuvent pas régler, notamment en lien avec Microsoft 365, les postes de travail, les outils de sécurité…
