What you'll do
- Lead and supervise team members
- Manage boutique operations during shifts
- Train staff on coffee products and customer service
- Ensure positive customer experiences
- Handle cash and financial transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Support sales targets and business goals
- Address customer concerns and complaints
- Collaborate with store management team

- Prior retail or hospitality experience
