What you'll do
- Provide medical direction and oversight for hospital operations
- Lead and supervise veterinary staff
- Ensure quality of patient care
- Develop and implement medical protocols
- Maintain regulatory and legal compliance
- Oversee diagnostic and treatment decisions
- Support culture of care for team members
- Deliver compassionate animal care
What you'll need
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Valid veterinary license
- Multiple years of veterinary clinical experience
- Leadership experience in veterinary practice
- Knowledge of veterinary medical standards and protocols
