What you'll do
- Lead broker distribution strategy and operations
- Manage broker relationships across Ontario and Western Canada
- Oversee P&L for distribution channels
- Lead and develop distribution team
- Drive business development and market growth
- Support integration of Gore and Unica operations under Beneva
What you'll need
- Senior leadership experience in insurance or financial services
- Proven track record in broker distribution or channel management
- Experience managing large teams
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance market
- Understanding of mutual insurance business models
