What you'll do
- Lead data analytics and AI initiatives across the organization
- Develop and execute data strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee team of data analysts and AI specialists
- Report to Chief Technology & Information Officer
- Drive innovation in analytics and AI implementations
- Ensure data governance and compliance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in data analytics and/or AI
- Proven track record managing large technical teams
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and applications
- Experience in data strategy and governance
- Advanced degree in related field preferred
- Experience reporting to C-suite executives
