What you'll do
- Lead IT Enterprise Services department
- Oversee financial services technology initiatives
- Support complex community development operations
- Collaborate with diverse teams for shared success
- Report to CTIO on technology strategy and execution
- Manage enterprise technology systems and infrastructure
What you'll need
- Report to Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO)
- Willingness to work hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario (4 days/week in office) or relocate to Etobicoke by Fall 2026
- Alternative: Full-time in-office position in Tampa, Florida (5 days/week)
- Experience in financial services technology
- Enterprise IT services background
- Leadership experience managing teams
