What you'll do
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to support customers
- Track and report on account performance metrics
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
What you'll need
- Account management experience
- Proven track record managing client relationships
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure or AI/ML technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
