What you'll do
- Manage beauty department operations
- Lead and supervise beauty department staff
- Ensure excellent customer service in beauty section
- Maintain inventory and stock levels
- Drive sales in beauty category
- Train team members on products and procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions
What you'll need
- Full-time availability with flexible shift scheduling
- Retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Team management capability
- Cash handling ability
