What you'll do
- Provide cognitive behavioral therapy to clients
- Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support clients living with mental illness and addictions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Contribute to community mental health support initiatives
What you'll need
- Professional certification or license in psychology, social work, or counseling
- Training and competency in CBT methodology
- Experience working with mental illness and addiction disorders
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to mental health advocacy
