What you'll do
- Supervise clinical staff
- Ensure quality of care delivery
- Support clients living with intellectual and/or physical disabilities
- Coordinate care in community settings
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain compliance with care standards
- Facilitate safe and independent living for clients
What you'll need
- Clinical background or healthcare experience
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of community-based care
- Understanding of specialized services
- Ability to work in Calgary
