CONTRACT ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR Homes First Society develops and provides affordable, stable housing and support services to break the cycle of homelessness for people with the fewest housing options. What you'll do
- Supervise and manage enhanced client services team
- Coordinate client support programs
- Provide oversight of day-to-day operations
- Train and develop staff members
- Monitor client progress and service delivery
- Manage administrative duties and documentation
- Collaborate with management on service improvements
What you'll need
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm with one late night per week
- Experience in client services or social services
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of homelessness and affordable housing support services
- Valid transportation to Victoria Park Ave E and Finch Ave E location
