What you'll do
- Drive business development and growth initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence
- Build and mentor a business development team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with independent financial advisors
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners
- Oversee P&L for business development division
- Represent Hub Financial in the market
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to advisors
What you'll need
- Proven business development experience in financial services or insurance industry
- Track record of building and managing successful business development teams
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop growth strategies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- P&L management experience
- Knowledge of life insurance, investments, and wealth management products
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with independent financial advisors
- Leadership and team management experience
