What you'll do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end stakeholder experience across events, tenancy, sponsorships, and onsite activations
  • Lead placemaking strategy at Bayview Yards using storytelling, design, technology, and programming
  • Develop and execute integrated sponsorship and partnership strategy
  • Drive earned revenue growth through sponsorships, space usage, events, tenancy, and value-added services
  • Build, manage, and steward strategic partner relationships
  • Fulfill sponsorship commitments and deliverables

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement or customer experience leadership
  • Track record of developing and executing sponsorship strategies
  • Experience with event planning and management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
  • Strategic partnership and relationship management experience
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Knowledge of placemaking or real estate development preferred
