What you'll do
- Manage global key account programmes
- Act as primary point of contact for key accounts
- Develop and implement account strategies
- Monitor programme performance and delivery
- Coordinate across multiple offices and teams
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Report on account metrics and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for account growth
What you'll need
- Key account management experience
- Programme or project management experience
- Ability to work across multiple countries and time zones
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in stakeholder management
- Understanding of global business operations
- Experience in professional services or similar environment preferred
