What you'll do
- Lead wholesale retail operations and strategy
- Develop and execute sales growth initiatives
- Manage retail partnerships and vendor relationships
- Oversee P&L performance for retail division
- Build and mentor retail team
- Drive expansion of wholesale distribution channels
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in retail or wholesale operations
- Proven track record in sales growth and business development
- Knowledge of health and wellness or supplements industry preferred
- Experience managing P&L and financial performance
- Strong vendor and relationship management skills
