What you'll do
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Provide product information and support to clients
- Process customer orders and manage accounts
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Document customer interactions in CRM system
- Support company growth and success initiatives
What you'll need
- Sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Process control and instrumentation industry knowledge (preferred)
