What you'll do
- Lead business development initiatives and strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Mentor and lead business development team members
What you'll need
- Manager-level experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and revenue growth
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software preferred
- In-person work requirement: Montreal, QC, 5 days per week
