What you'll do
- Develop and implement total rewards strategy
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze and report on rewards metrics
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams
- Support employee communication on total rewards
- Oversee benefits vendor relationships
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
What you'll need
- Experience in total rewards or compensation management
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Understanding of Canadian HR regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR systems and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
