What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate volunteer recruitment efforts
- Schedule and deploy volunteers across organization programs
- Maintain volunteer databases and records
- Provide volunteer support and training
- Foster relationships with volunteers
- Communicate with team members regarding volunteer availability and needs
- Support the organization's mission of helping families experiencing housing crises
