What you'll do
- Develop merchandise plans for women's product category
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels
- Collaborate with buying strategy team on product allocation
- Analyze sales data and market trends
- Optimize product mix and SKU performance
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting
- Work with cross-functional teams on product strategy
- Monitor and report on merchandise performance metrics
What you'll need
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience in merchandise planning or related field
- Knowledge of retail/buying operations
- Proficiency with planning software and Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
