- Delivers ongoing coaching and training
- Ensures all staff adhere to Paladin Security policies
- Conducts mobile patrol operations
- Monitors security across assigned sites
- Responds to security incidents
- Maintains detailed incident and patrol reports
What you'll need
- Full time availability
- Continental shift hours (0700-1900)
- Valid security guard license
- Reliable transportation for mobile patrol
- Ability to work in Etobicoke region
- Knowledge of Paladin Security policies and procedures
