What you'll do
- Design and launch a new MVA and WSIB Occupational Therapy program
- Lead and direct the occupational therapy service line
- Deliver clinical occupational therapy services
- Develop program protocols and clinical guidelines
- Manage and supervise occupational therapy team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Ensure quality patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to program growth and expansion
What you'll need
- Occupational Therapist certification/licensure
- Extensive experience in MVA and/or WSIB rehabilitation
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of Ontario workers' compensation system
- Clinical expertise in motor vehicle accident rehabilitation
- Experience in multidisciplinary settings
