What you'll do
- Provide occupational therapy services to adult clients
- Conduct home-based assessments and interventions
- Support clients in achieving independence at home
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Work with clients and families to develop rehabilitation plans
- Contribute to continuous improvement of services
- Maintain clinical documentation
What you'll need
- Occupational Therapy credential/license
