What you'll do
- Provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Support clients in rehabilitation and recovery
- Address barriers to employment and education
- Facilitate housing and employment programs
- Document and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Engage with community and social support systems
What you'll need
- Occupational Therapy license/certification
- Experience working with youth and adults
- Knowledge of restorative justice principles
- Experience in criminal justice or rehabilitation settings
- Understanding of root causes of criminal behavior
- Ability to work in community-based environments
