What you'll do
- Provide occupational therapy and physiotherapy support to patients
- Assist with clinical seating assessments and recommendations
- Support BIRT (Biomechanical assessment) procedures
- Help implement therapy programs under supervision
- Document patient progress and therapy activities
- Communicate with patients, families, and clinical team
- Maintain equipment and therapy materials
- Support inpatient and outpatient programs
What you'll need
- Relevant certification or diploma in Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physiotherapy Assistant
- Experience working in pediatric rehabilitation setting preferred
- Knowledge of clinical seating and positioning
- Ability to work with children and youth with disabilities
- Valid provincial registration or certification
