What you'll do
- Assess clients' physical conditions and mobility needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide physiotherapy services in home settings
- Help clients achieve independence at home
- Deliver client-centered care
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Support clients in schools, retirement homes and other community settings
What you'll need
- Valid physiotherapy license/registration
- Professional credentials in physiotherapy
- Ability to work in home care settings
- Valid driver's license (likely)
- Background in healthcare
