What you'll do

  • Conduct physiotherapy assessments for adult clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment
  • Prescribe and instruct therapeutic exercises
  • Document client progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary home care teams
  • Educate clients and caregivers on exercises and safety
  • Monitor client goals and adjust treatment as needed
  • Maintain professional standards and quality care

What you'll need

  • Valid physiotherapy license/registration in Ontario
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Ability to provide care in home settings
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Background check clearance
  • Knowledge of home safety considerations
