What you'll do
- Provide nursing care to patients in psychiatric emergency situations
- Assess and monitor patient mental and physical health status
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient care and clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Implement de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques
- Support patients during psychiatric emergencies
- Maintain safe and therapeutic environment
What you'll need
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid nursing credentials
- Experience in psychiatric or emergency nursing
- Ability to work in high-stress environment
- Strong communication skills
- Patient care experience
