What you'll do
- Assess clients' rehabilitation and employment needs
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Provide employment counseling and job placement support
- Coordinate with government agencies and local community partners
- Maintain detailed case documentation and client records
- Monitor client progress toward employment goals
- Connect clients with vocational training and support services
- Advocate for clients' needs with employers and service providers
What you'll need
- Work authorization in Canada
- Ability to work from home in Quebec
- Willing to travel minimally across the region as required
- Fluency in French and English (Quebec requirement)
- Professional certification or diploma in social services, rehabilitation, or related field
