What you'll do
- Provide rehabilitation services to clients
- Conduct client assessments
- Develop and implement employment plans
- Coordinate rehabilitation programs
- Maintain detailed case documentation
- Communicate with clients, employers and community agencies
- Support sustainable employment outcomes
- Travel throughout Western Canada service region as needed
What you'll need
- Work authorization in Canada
- Ability to work from home in Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia)
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
- Valid driver's license (likely, based on travel expectations)
