What you'll do

  • Provide rehabilitation services to clients
  • Conduct client assessments
  • Develop and implement employment plans
  • Coordinate rehabilitation programs
  • Maintain detailed case documentation
  • Communicate with clients, employers and community agencies
  • Support sustainable employment outcomes
  • Travel throughout Western Canada service region as needed

What you'll need

  • Work authorization in Canada
