What you'll do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Nike retail customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
  • Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on Nike offerings
  • Operate point of sale systems accurately
  • Process transactions and handle cash
  • Assist in store merchandising and visual displays
  • Support store operations and maintain clean retail environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members

What you'll need

  • Bilingual capability (French and English)
  • Passion for sports and athleisure
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Valid ID and eligibility to work in Canada
