What you'll do
- Supervise security staff on assigned shifts
- Monitor and control hospital access
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Conduct patrols throughout hospital premises
- Document and report security events
- Coordinate with hospital management and law enforcement
- Ensure compliance with security protocols
- Provide staff support and emergency response in healthcare setting
What you'll need
- Security supervisor or equivalent experience
- Healthcare security background preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work continental rotation shifts (0700-1900/1900-0700)
- Physical fitness to perform security duties
